For new customers, the first acquaintance with the caregiver in your area is essential. The caregiver will visit your place, where you will meet you and your pets, we collect information about the health, behavior and their daily needs, and will discuss with you any concerns or special requirements. The meet and greet walk is completely free and there's no obligation for either of us. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, chat about your needs, and then we can sort out any bookings.
