How does the booking process work?

Is the meet & greet appointment mandatory? Is there a fee?

Yes, the meet & greet appointment is an essential part of the process, and no, there is no charge.

👉 It helps us ensure that everything goes smoothly from the very beginning.

During the appointment:

✔ we get to know you and your pet
✔ you meet the caregiver
✔ your pet’s needs and daily routine are recorded
✔ we confirm that there is good chemistry

How early should we make a booking?

The earlier, the better, especially during periods of high demand, such as holidays and summer.

👉 Available caregivers are booked quickly, particularly in specific areas and dates.

👉 To ensure we can suggest the best possible option, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

3. Caregivers and the PetServices Team
Who are the caregivers?

Our caregivers are selected members of the PetServices.gr team.

How does communication work during the service?

Will I receive updates about my pet’s care?

👉 After each visit, we inform you about what happened, such as:

✔ whether they went to the bathroom
✔ their mood
✔ what we did together (walk, playtime, etc.)

✔ you also receive GPS tracking with the route

How will I know what is happening in my home?

Is there a way to see my dog’s walk?

6. Service details
How long does a visit or walk last?

Our services have a defined duration to ensure proper and complete care.

✔ In-home visits have a standard duration of 1 hour
✔ Dog walks can be 30 minutes or 1 hour
✔ Longer durations are available upon request

🎯 Our goal is to fully meet the pet’s needs, not just to “drop by for a while.”

What does a visit include?

Each visit is complete and tailored to your pet’s needs.

👉 Specifically, during each visit we take care of:

✔ Food & water, according to your instructions
✔ Playtime, companionship & engagement
✔ Monitoring of the pet’s mood and overall condition
✔ Litter cleaning (for cats)
✔ Walk (for dogs)
✔ Walk tracking with GPS
✔ Cleaning of the space, if needed

👉 At the same time, we send you updates with photos, videos, and notes from the visit.

7. Pet Boarding
Where is the pet hosted?

Your pet is hosted in the caregiver’s home, in a safe and home-like environment.

👉 This is not a kennel or cages, but boarding in a real home.

Specifically:

✔ we send you available caregiver options
✔ you can view information about the space and the caregiver
✔ you choose where your pet will be hosted

✔ a meet & greet appointment takes place before booking

👉 In this way, we ensure that:

✔ your pet will be in an environment that suits them
✔ there is good chemistry with the caregiver
✔ you feel confident before the boarding begins

🎯 Our goal is for your pet to feel at home.

Will there be other animals in the boarding space?

No, we do not host multiple different guest animals together.

👉 Your pet will not be staying together with other hosted pets.

📌 The only case where there may be other animals in the space is:
✔ if the caregiver has their own pets

👉 Before proceeding:

✔ we inform you in detail if there are animals in the space
✔ we explain their temperament and the conditions
✔ you decide whether it suits you

👉 And of course, during the meet & greet:
✔ you see the space
✔ you meet the caregiver and their pets, if any

8. Payments & terms
When is the payment made?

Payment is made after the service is completed.

👉 We do not require any upfront payment.

Specifically:

✔ you pay after the visits are completed
✔ after you return and the keys are handed back
✔ after you have seen the service in practice

👉 This way:

✔ you take no risk
✔ you have full visibility before paying
✔ you feel confident about what you receive

🎯 You pay for a service you have already seen and evaluated.

What applies for cancellations or changes?

If you need to make a change or cancellation, we are here to manage it together with you.

👉 The main thing we ask is timely notice, so we can properly adjust the schedule.

✔ you can request changes (dates, times, etc.), depending on availability
✔ you can cancel the service
✔ we guide you in every case

📌 In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on how close to the service date the cancellation is made.
