Terms and conditions
I)Who we are
PetServices is a group of people who love animals and provide professional pet sitting, dog walking and other pet care services. We started from our personal involvement in animal care, but soon we realized the great demand for reliable services. Thus, we created an organized team of caregivers, where each of our partners serves their area, offering services with the same care and responsibility that we would want for our own pets.
We, the PetServices team, manage communication with guardians, organize reservations, manage finances and the general operation of our services. Each guardian communicates directly with us, and then we find the right caregiver for their pet’s needs.
PetServices and our website were created to offer our services with professionalism, direct communication and safety for guardians and their pets.

b) For caregivers
Obligations and Procedure for Working with Caregivers/ Pet Sitters
- New Pet Sitters Onboarding Process
Caregivers who wish to work with PetServices follow a specific selection process, which ensures that the services are provided by people with a love for animals, responsibility and professionalism. The onboarding process begins with informing prospective partners through our website, where our services and how we operate are presented. Those interested in joining our team complete an evaluation questionnaire, which allows us to understand their experience, their availability and their relationship with animals.
After reviewing the questionnaire and confirming that they meet our criteria, we contact them for an initial video call to get to know them. During the conversation, we discuss in detail the services, responsibilities and expectations from the collaboration, while also assessing their communication skills, courtesy and professionalism. If the initial contact is positive, a face-to-face meeting is scheduled, so that there is a more direct interaction before the start of the collaboration. Before taking on their first job, caregivers receive training on proper pet care, handling different situations, and basic procedures to follow. This stage ensures that each caregiver is properly prepared to provide quality services with professionalism and consistency.
- Obligations and professional conduct
Caregivers who collaborate with PetServices must adhere to the following:
- To operate with responsibility, professionalism and love for animals .
- Comply with PetServices ‘ instructions and follow the agreed care protocols for each pet.
- To communicate immediately with PetServices and the guardian in the event of any emergency or problem during the provision of services.

- To inform about any change in their availability or any circumstances that may affect their cooperation.
Consistency is a basic principle of our cooperation. In such cases, PetServices must be informed immediately so that an alternative solution can be found.
Caregivers who collaborate with PetServices must have specific skills and characteristics, which ensure excellent service to guardians and the well-being of the animals.
Consistency and responsibility are key elements of the cooperation, as guardians rely on the caregivers’ consistency for the proper care of their pets. In addition, caregivers must have excellent communication skills, as they come into contact with both the guardians and the PetServices team.
Respect, courtesy and the ability to communicate properly are essential elements, as they contribute to maintaining a smooth and professional collaboration. The ability to plan and manage time is also important, as caregivers must organize their obligations, keep to agreed appointments and ensure that each pet receives the care it deserves.
Regarding pet hosting, specific restrictions and conditions apply. It is expressly agreed that more than two pets are not allowed to be hosted by the same caregiver, in order to ensure their proper care and well-being. The caregiver is responsible for ensuring appropriate living conditions, with sufficient space, cleanliness and safety. If any problem arises that makes it impossible to continue hosting, the caregiver must immediately inform PetServices, so that a solution can be found.
PetServices acts as a coordinator between guardians and caregivers, providing the opportunity to connect the two parties responsibly and professionally. However, the caregivers provide their services as independent contractors and retain sole responsibility for the execution of the tasks they undertake.
